Cons: Not as such Towels may be more clean. Reception need to be more classic

Hotel Park View Premium is in the heart of Dehradun, a few minutes walk from the clock tower and a short ride from the railway station. There are several eating and shopping options around the hotel. The room we stayed in had a mini refrigerator and good quality toiletries. The room was very clean and of a high quality. The entrance is on a side road off Rajpur road. The view of Hotel Park View from Rajpur Road is very misleading and does not reflect the quality of rooms and interiors of Park View Premium. The hotel staff were quite friendly. Over all the experience was bad, the facility staff is very bad, no one came to clean the room,. No complimentary water as mentioned, they were sending ro water in used bisleri bottles which they probably pick from dust bins We stayed there for 3 nights and no one was ready to clean the sheet or towel, everything is Ram bharose.

They avoid keeping warm water in geyser and expect person to inform atleast an hour in advance before using it..

Breakfast is a disaster.. feels like they were purposely making it that bad .

I would not recommend this hotel for a stay to any one..

Only person nice and polite was reception...
