Hotel Rockland Residency — Hotel in Uttarakhand

This was perfect stay, we checked atleast 5-6 Hotels around 2AM.

Some were overpriced, some locations not good, some didn't feel safe.

Tbh idk why this hotel is at 3.9 Rating, it 5/5 for me. There is one big here is power cut off. The power cut off are too often in day, less in night but still a bit too much.

Other than that we got a night stay for ₹1500 for back side room ₹2000 for front room.

It was just perfect deal for us.

We didn't get to order much food from there inhouse restaurant, so can't say about food taste but service was pretty as whenever we requested anything they responded quick enough.

They have a policy of not outside food. So if you get food from outside they don't provide cutlery , remember that.

Rest the cleanliness, hot water, view, room quality was just perfect.

There is no AC or Ceiling fan in room, there is just one wall fan. So this room is good for winter...

Our stay at this hotel was not good. The room looked nothing like the pictures online — it was dirty, small, and poorly kept. We requested for a refund since I felt claustrophobic in that small room. But they have a no refund policy. So they upgraded us to the higher category room which was comparatively bigger. This was helpful made the stay a little better. But linen was still not up to the standard. It looked soiled. The water kettle in our room was not cleaned properly. Previous guest had probably used the kettle to make instant noodles and the kettle still had it's remains in it which was disgusting. The location of the hotel was the only benefit since there is a good two-wheeler rental shop right across the street and a petrol pump just 100 meters away. Even the mall road and Library Chowk are easily accessible...
