Hotel Royal Palace — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Very unprofessional, arrogant and arrogant manager and reception staff. I booked hotel for 7-8th march as I ws traveling to haridwar via roorkee.

We reached reception of hotel at 1.30pm. While doing check-in we were asked ID proofs, on providing same hotel manager came and denied room allotment to us. We waited there 4 half an hour, but he eas not even having bit manners, courtesy or professionalism to attrnd us.

As we did booking via make my trip.we struggled hald, standing in rain to get full amount of our booking.

It was a family trip and we regretted our decision of opting thins hotel for our stay.

It was aweful experience with HOTEL ROYAL PALACE

I would have given negative star if its possible, worst experience yet, the manager was very unprofessional, disrespectful and talking very arrogantly and even told to leave from reception onward even having pre paid booking, he said he don't care from where we did our booking and won't bear any refund also. I was all shocked with his behaviour as I have never faced such behaviour from any manager, as I do travell and book hotels alot. I can never recommend this hotel to anyone, it's pathetic and you can search any other hotel in roorkee which could be worst but still would be better...

Probably the newest hotel in Roorkee, most Roorkeeites know it for their restaurant than the hotel. Even the website of the hotel shows the pictures of the restaurant first which should give you some idea. Being a new hotel, the rooms are quite clean and the hygiene is better than what most other hotels have to offer. The staff sometimes can come across as untrained and you have to argue with them for basic things. However, as a student, I have had guests stay over at Royal Palace and they've never had...
