We are a group of families and had been frequent visitors of Tamarind for last 3-4 years. The overall experience at Tamarind has dropped drastically over last few months. I would have given one star rating for last six visits however due to the past good experience and the evergreen smile of Tamarind security guard Tewari ji, I m giving two stars rating. The food is OK, ambiance is good but i have had the worst experience with the present staff here. The attitude of serving staff and management is far below expectation. We are a group of friends and families who generally home on to our favourite place(eating joint) and become loyal customers, but during last few visits, the staff got into arguments with the customers including us wherein we all were with our ladies and children. Upto the extent that we had to covey it to them that we will not visit the place again. Earlier the staff members were good and very reponsive except one old hat. We go to such place for good ambiance, food, service and behaviour. Couldn't believe the downfall and felt sorry and shocked for the drop in performance.
