OYO Hotel Library Presidency — Hotel in Uttarakhand

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, with a strong odor, stained linens, and broken fixtures. Basic amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi were either unavailable or barely functioning. Room service was a disaster — food arrived hours late, cold, and was left on the dirty hallway floor with no notice. My driver was treated with complete disrespect by the staff, denied access to restrooms, and left waiting outside in extreme weather for hours with no support. I had a bad experience at this hotel. There were several issues we encountered during our stay:

The floors had a strong odor. The blankets provided in the rooms were of very poor quality and also smelled unpleasant. In the bathroom, there was no toothpaste available, and the towels were cheap and insufficient. The toiletries provided were minimal. There was no complimentary breakfast offered. Additionally, there were no kettles or water bottles in the rooms.
