Manager Himanshu is very polite & helpful. Staff Pankaj is very prompt, cheerful & enthusiastic in nature, always ready to serve you at a single call, happy go lucky type of person especially for hot water supply & breakfast serving in morning. Roshan, Restaurant chef & other helpers are also nice & co-operative. Location & environment of hotel is superb, Good view of TRISHUL Peak & entire local Himalayan range, sunrise can be seen easily from room, restaurant & terrace as well. Food Quality & Quantity is also Good as compare to rates in hilly areas. Nearby other hotel guests also usually visit to the restaurant for dinner. Opp to hotel is adventure park, having various adventure Activities like zipline, wall/rock climbing, rappling, Net climbing, ballon & boating in a artificial pond & play area for kids. I booked the hotel online, was assured of full security as there were no cottages it interconnected rooms available. We were traveling with our kids, so prefer to have the room that are really secure, but on arrival we found there was boundary around the hotel, monkey all over the place at the entrance of the room, the staff quarters, are just next to guest rooms. Pros:|200m from the main circle. But peaceful location with good view on a clear day. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms were pretty spacious, bathroom was clean, Geyser worked. View from balcony is nice. On a clear day Trishul can be seen. Staff was polite. ||Cons:|They have cottages which are across the street but they don't have good view.
