Let me correct the scenario on the review which Sneha Saha has posted. Firstly let me come to the moye moye part she no where mentioned in the post that she had Arun ice cream for past 2 years. She mentioned about being the customer for last 2 years where we started with having momos. So moye moye toh app ka chal raha h Secondly you never started politely you started shouting and howling the moment we asked to change. We said that there can be issue with the manufacturing things like it gets melted n all but have to say it nicely that is what we wanted from the owner a nice explantion. Thirdly when you said we exchanged 3 4 times you need to put some pressure on your brain so that you can recall the moment you shouted at first we didnt exhanged anything instead we continue what we purchased at first beacuse of your rude and arrogant behavior Before you lie about people you should understand that it is a public area you cannot start shouting at the first instance rather expalain or spread the awareness regarding the temperature issue which you mentioned. We also have customers and we understand how to deal with them. Not saying them that dont come from the next time just because you were asked to talk politely. A public has made of video of your behavior that day and shared with you which we will...

When we pointed this out to the owner, he shamelessly brushed it off, saying it happened “because of rush.” This is unacceptable—there were hardly 15 people being served at the time.Serving non-veg to a vegetarian is not just a small mistake—it’s highly disrespectful and irresponsible. We expected an apology or at least accountability, but got excuses instead. Definitely not...
