Visited around 12.30 pm today. Staff was not rude, but neither courteous and pleasant. 1st floor dining area always remains closed during the daytime whenever I have visited previously and so was today. Had to wait for a couple of seats to be available and then shared a table with 2 other persons. There were other people waiting to be seated and they too loitered around in the limited space of ground floor. Outside seating in hot and humid afternoon becomes challenging. Unclean floor with food bits lying around , dirty cleaning cloths used for wiping the table. Food served on small plastic plates and poor quality plastic spoons which are quite sharp. Tea and Lassi although mentioned in the menu card were not available. They always runout of mouth freshners which is a usual compliment in Indian eateries.
