I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Dawaat through Swiggy, and I must say it was a dining experience I won't soon forget – for all the wrong reasons. I had ordered mixed fried rice, but what I received was a shockingly disappointing plate of leftover biryani.

Firstly, the mix-up in my order was a clear indication of the restaurant's incompetence. How can you confuse mixed fried rice with biryani? It's a basic culinary distinction that even a novice should be able to grasp. This error alone speaks volumes about the lack of attention to detail at Dawaat.

Now, let's talk about the leftover biryani that I was served. It was evident that this was not a freshly prepared dish. The rice was clumped together, and the meat was dry and chewy. It's as if they simply scraped the remnants of someone else's meal into a container and passed it off as a legitimate order. The taste was bland, and it was clear that the dish had seen better days.

But the disappointment didn't end there. The packaging itself was shoddy, with the container leaking oil all over the bag and making a mess of everything. The presentation was so unappealing that I lost my appetite before even taking a bite.

I raise complaint against Swiggy also for this they don’t do the refund also for this.

In conclusion, my experience with Dawaat was a complete disaster. From the mix-up in my order to the subpar quality of the food and the lackluster customer service, there is nothing positive to say about this restaurant. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Dawaat to think twice and look elsewhere for a more competent and customer-focused...

I was so hungry so I searched nearby restaurant which can deliver the order in short period of time and I have ordered Noodles. As soon delivery boy delivers the order I just opened and had one bite and small tiny mixture of pebbles came into my mouth ..I just ignored first bite and thought maybe one would be there but the whole food has small tiny pebbles mix in it..Noone can have it..So I opened Zomoato to call Dawat restaurant but as usual all lines were busy I tried 2 times then I took chat support ..they had very minimal option in place to raise a concern and when I explained the scenario they gave me option to choose either I can take 70.36 Rs in return or I just want to give feedback. Apart from this I don't have any options to talk with anyone. I am so hungry right now. They don't even refund me full amount nor gave me an option to deliver the same order. It's really irresponsible behaviour. I am afraid I am gonna order or dine in to...

Dawat restaurant is also known as a muslim restaurant. Located in Dj Block, Narkel Bagan, Newton. Behind the restaurant there is a famous tourist place which is the Aircraft Museum.

The view of the restaurant is Good from inside to outside. The restaurant is on the first floor.

The entrance of the restaurant is also nice, they On the ground they spread carpets, and the edges are planted with flowers.

The inside of the restaurant does not have enough space, the gap between the two tables is 3-3 inches. But comfortable.

They serve you fresh unpacked mineral water and also, Tissues. A led tv is available for entertainment.

Ac and fans both are available.

We tried chicken dishes and paratha, it was quite good. And also the place is good for dining and lunch.

The price is not satisfied. A little more expensive...
