FabHotel Capital Casa - Hotel in Newtown, Kolkata — Hotel in West Bengal

It was the worst hotel ever I stayed, first we have to wait till 12:30pm then our room get ready for check in, then we ordered our lunch on 12:45pm and they deliver the lunch around 3:10 pm , in night we again order a bottle of water but they forgot it and after 1 hr when I call them again then they deliver the bottle, and the room balcony is also attached with another room, and the balcony gate was transparent, there was only one curtain. The hotel staffs didn't tell us that the balcony is attached to other room. We came to know this thing at night and we saw that our balcony gate's lock is also broken, so we stayed for the whole day with this kind of privacy, and they are also using the balcony for hanging clothes at the same time when we are in the room, this is worst hotel, worst service, worst food ever,

Dear Fab Hotel , I will never visit your any hotel in future, and never recommend anyone for Fab hotel, and not a single person in my whole family and friends circle will visit your hotel , and also not recommend to anyone.

Trip - Business. Solo Behaviour:5/5 Location: 5/5 Room-⅗ Food- ⅕ Hygiene-3/5 Washroom : water leaking issue but yet clean. Not so in good condition. Bed - good to sleep.

Food— Too expensive. Here , I will go with details :

For Food- On Friday (25 Oct 2024) , I consume Jain food and also No tomatoes should be cooked. Here I order steam rice with hot milk, 3 pieces of boiled potato and 2 green chili. For Steam Rice - 30₹ , Hot milk which they provided in a glass of 30₹, 3 pieces of potato- in between 30-50₹. Total - 100₹ . Where, Rice was under cooked. Now, My ques is, "Nobody charges for individual items in food. If charging for it has to be a minimum where you weren’t clear on how to charge on individual items. Milk packets are around 24-30₹. I repeat my words MILK PACKET but you have charged for a small glass of milk for 30₹. Also, for this item, 100₹ is worthless, it should be lesser.

Note: Whoever considers this hotel, make sure you order your food from outside. Swiggy & Zomato will give some good range with more quantity.
