⭐ 0/5 — Extremely Disappointed with Godrej Interio Kitchen Installation I got my modular steel kitchen installed by Godrej Interio, and it has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor — responses were delayed, unclear, or completely absent at times.

The quality of the installed kitchen is far below expectations. Any local carpenter could have delivered better workmanship and finishing. What’s worse, the design they finally installed was not the one I approved. They changed it during installation and insisted that it was what I had agreed to — which is simply untrue.

The project was supposed to be completed within 2–3 months from the date of booking, but it ended up taking over 7 months. Even after that, I was left with uninstalled parts at home because they deviated from the approved design. The finishing and installation quality are absolutely substandard — poorly aligned fittings, rough edges, and overall shoddy workmanship.

For the kind of premium pricing Godrej charges, I expected professionalism, quality, and accountability — none of which were delivered.

I’m sharing this review in the hope that it helps others avoid the kind of frustration and disappointment I went through. Godrej Interio seriously needs to take responsibility for the quality and customer experience they promise but...

I decided to redo my kitchen and convert it into a modular one through them (Axis Mall, Newtown). Ms. Kumkum coordinated efficiently in arranging for the survey to be completed on time and then following it up with a demo at their outlet. She confirmed that it can take anywhere between 30~45 days for the work to complete. This includes the delivery time - which constitutes almost 95% of that timeline. During the waiting period, I felt that there was a slight lack of coordination between the store and the delivery team (based in Mumbai) as we received conflicting information regarding the delivery of the product. Word of caution - There seems to be some issues with their bank and the payments do not reflect on time. This is, conveniently, then used by them as an excuse to delay the delivery/installation. In this whole process, full marks to the two fitters - absolute professionals, they were also very courteous - completing the installation as promised, with finesse and then patiently explaining everything. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from Godrej Axis mall. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Missed Delivery and Fitting Dates: The delivery date was missed, and the fitting date was also delayed. Despite this, I was informed that it is not their responsibility, and I should contact Godrej directly. Lack of Responsiveness: When I attempted to escalate the issue by asking for the manager, I was told that the person I was speaking to was the manager. However, my calls for assistance or queries were consistently ignored. Four Days of Frustration: I spent four days waiting for the delivery and fitting at the site, which turned out to be a nightmare. The staff members displayed a lack of responsibility and were exceptionally rude. While I refrain from naming any specific individual, I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention. As a customer, I expected better service and accountability.
