Hotel Orchid — Hotel in West Bengal

Service is excellent. Food is average. Room cleanliness is also very good. Rooms are big and spacious but the design of balcony is not good.

Does not seem to me like a 3 star at all.

Both the reception guy and guy in the kitchen were very good and polite, well behaved. That is why I am sharing a positive review.

I stayed at a room 201, the room was good, it also had amazing view of the mountains but the design of balcony was a big no no.

Shared images why I say this, the balcony of the other room 202 was not separated well with 201 room. In case you are looking for some privacy do not choose rooms 201 and 202.

Location is good but room service is very very bad. Manger behavior is very worst. Not recommended for leaving because of manger behavior. Food is average. Parking not available. Mainly admission and staff are very poor. After 6 pm no snacks is available. Thay are force to take your diner with in 8.30 or 9 pm. No additional food option is available. Dello,s homestay are much better.. Children food 1/2 money they are charge but not providing the food.
