Experience: Pathetic , Traumatising
Food : 3/5 Location: 1/5 Room: 1/5 ( because of water issues ) Front desk service: 0/5 (did not pick up call after 6 rings ) Reception politeness: 4/5
Incident: I booked this hotel for 3 day but ran away in one day . During the stay i tried using the washroom at 12:00 am just to find the hotel ran out of water . I was in the toilet so my friend called the front desk several times . 6 rings and they gave no response i was worried inside the washroom . Then someone picked up the phone saying "abhi toh raat ho gaya hai pani sunbha aayega " i was in the washroom 🥲 so then we managed somehow with the available water . I booked another hotel right away . Then in morning when i was checking out i was asked about the reason for checkout , i told them the experience i had last night the person in front desk was polite but showed me the paper i signed which said 12am to 4am water will not be there , this was not informed by them before hand which led to this incident. But the question is, if i have paid them why should i be restricted in any way possible. I stayed in different hotels in the following days no one had such problem ,so the conclusion is there management is not of the top order . The view room was not having view as there are small pine trees present in front of the window you can see in the photos present in maps , we specially paid for the view room just to see small pine tree blocking the whole kanchenjunga range . And i was paying the primum price for that hotel as its fairly cheap. Drinking water was not being given as no one was picking up the call in the front desk at night . IT WAS...

when brought these issues to front desk attention. First question they asked was “ Are you an American?” As of cleanliness is only limited to American as if Indians don’t deserve any cleanliness or adjust karlo Kya farak padta hain. When we are paying for services we expect a clean bed for our family to crash after a long day of travel.
Do like to mention about the food, the only saving grace was the food. The food was really good and fresh and staff in the dining areas were super helpful. I hope somebody...
