So firstly it was a reward stay for me from Oyo as I am Wizard Gold member and if I complete 5 stays I get one reward stay so I booked this property (Deluxe Room) as per the ratings, I went there and the Receptionist said that he needs additional 800 for a room, so I tried contacting oyo as the room which I was given wasn’t even Classic, it was just like a small cabin into which a bed has been attached, this was one of the worst experience I had, after having a discussion with the receptionist I finally got a Classic room, again not a Deluxe, now in this room AC wasn’t working as it should, anyhow spend the day, really had a bad experience. The property manager kept on saying that he didn’t receive payment for this booking, is that my lookout or OYO’s ? If I am getting a reward stay then I should get what I booked, if this happens going forward then why would I even book a hotel from OYO? Also food was not that great, ordered Kadhai Paneer and Chilli Potato Dry, they have added Tandoori Roti in their menu but they won’t serve and they won’t allow orders from outside, I don’t know whose fault it was but I had a very bad stay, both OYO and the receptionist did a terrible job. Also while leaving the property the receptionist kept on telling to provide him a 5 star rating, although I would have forgotten and left him with a 5- Star rating but I can’t provide forcefully. We have pre booked a room here as we checked in earlier. the guy working there was drunk that he was not even able to stand properly asked us to pay 150/- rs per hour for early check in once we denied paying the amount he started yelling at us and asked us to go directly talk to oyo People and get room from them only. Also after sorting things with oyo customer support we got the room after spending an hour in freaking cold weather morning (5:45am), when we entered the room it was disgusting, unhygienic room, also we called the reception to provide us clean comforter but they denied told us let us sleep we’ll provide it you after 10:00am. If I get opportunity to upload the pictures of unhygienic level I’ll do that for sure.
