KFC — Restaurant in Zone 12 Alandur

The ordering board with the Apos machine took order but never printed out the bill however the girl in the counter took a picture with HER mobile and placed the order and a Pepsi was not given till I had to ask for it, we are given opportunity to order what we want pay OUR cash but if machines malfunction it's not our problem to be given something to us like it's being given for free no ways I will expect that as customer service. The machine did not work or print out my order so the staff did not exactly know what I ordered & assumed that I had to get a Pepsi when I ordered a combo for 2 an i should have gotten 2 Pepsi. It's sad for me to bring this out but it has to be brought out cause it's not the staffs fault it's the franchise owner to rectify every loop hole mistake occuring. After 20 minutes I came down to pick up my order there was two girls standing an talking and only when I went and requested for my order they stopped talking and had the third girl serve my order. The money which is taken it should be really worthwhile not...

Well where should I start from, ya that always angry watchman who shouts at all the ppl who park their vehicles to the worst service. The only close to perfect thing they did was to welcome us by saying "hi sir, welcome to KFC" with their hands crossed over their chest. They act judgemental and some times their sight annoys me. Like I went there with my friend and v constantly receives some creepy stares all the time from those service ppl. V ordered a chicken popcorn plus fries combo with a pepsi, and I received an item with literally 5 fries and 5 pieces of chicken popcorn. I suggest u ppl to not go there at all as u will receive service on the basis of ur order and they may take quite some while to give it to u as well. I went back to them to ask abt the less quantity of fries. And when they asked abt this with the Cook who made us the food i could see some misunderstanding between them and that was an additional 15 mins of waiting. The worst...

We reached around 9pm and tried to order via kiosk and was getting some error while checking out, tried with all four kiosks and got the same problem when we informed to the staff and they took around 10 mins to come and check the machine. After checking they informed that i should not order large fries with Wednesday bucket offer, i chose what was given in the options when asked them how will we know that we should not chose then in that case they should've removed that option they told that's how it'll be in a arrogant way. And upon taking the order it took nearly 1hour 15 mins to deliver the food that too with exception that peri peri chicken is not available it'll take another 15mins if we need ir urgently we've to take wings as replacement We were in mindset that give us something we're hungry already after waiting for nearly 1.5hours.
