Nandhavanam A Business Class Residency — Hotel in Zone 14 Perungudi

I booked a room in Nandhavanam for my parents. They were highly satisfied of the stay.

Location: It is so close to Dr Kamatchi hospital where my father is consulting a doctor. The staff volunteered to assist them in booking an auto or cab if necessary. It is also just few minutes away from Thoraipakkam Chennai One IT park. It’s a center point to travel to Velachery or Medavakkam or Kovilambakkam.

Stay: Rooms are compact but neatly arranged and bathrooms are clean. Unlike most hotels, they have a unique design that there is a common hall / living room space from which there are 3 rooms separated. This gives a sense of being at home and great for families who need multiple rooms but still be together. Another feature is they allow guests to use the terrace space with two square seating arrangements for a morning or evening walk and to sit and relax.

Service: I really appreciate the staff and management for taking care of my parents during their stay. They have good service to the room both for food and cleaning.

Food: They understood the needs of my parents and served appropriate food, that they liked very much. They have complimentary breakfast which is good. They also assist in getting food from nearest restaurants like Adayar Anandha Bavan if we prefer.

It's a well designed and created hotel. We stayed for a day. Food was good. You get the food like your home. Facilities are well created keeping in mind the very small needs of the guest. They provide all regular complementary items like water, kettle to make your own beverage like coffee, tea etc, fruits at night, breakfast etc. Snacks are provided at cost. Its not a big corridor facility. Every 3 rooms has a common hall type room which is very useful to sit outside and attend some phone calls. Also friends can meet us in the same hall. Interiors and exteriors are too good and still some more additions they promise to make. They have a well designed restaurant though it can serve 16 persons, there is not much inconvenience. Their kitchen provides only veg food mostly items like what we get in our house. You can order any food from outside. Wi-fy, ip intercom, lan for laptop, terrace open roof seating, desk for working are some of the advantages here. Staff support is best. Anything asked is provided at their possibility. Car parking to be done with the driver support however parking is not an issue. If a family of 5 to 6 members needs a single unit of 3 rooms that will be more convenient.
