So yesterday, I visited this Frozen Bottle outlet at Pallikaranai. Honestly, the ambience was not great since there was no proper AC, though the staff were good and polite. I specifically asked if boba was available and was told yes, so I went ahead and ordered a Thai Milk Bubble Tea for takeaway. The drink took some time to prepare, but when I reached home and opened it, I immediately noticed a very odd foul smell from the milk. I’ve tried Frozen Bottle many times from other branches without issues, but this was my first time here. Still, I proceeded to drink it. Midway through, Suddenly felt something in my mouth and to my shock, it was literally a dead cockroach inside the drink. I instantly spit it out and ended up vomiting. This was extremely disgusting and deeply disappointing. As a regular Frozen Bottle customer, I never expected something like this.
