Worst experience. Have been always been a lover for this brand… but was totally disappointed about this branch. The service was very poor and the product was delivered without properly cooked.. the waffle was soggy… when asked no proper response. Had ordered on for dine in and other for take away… take away was worst than the dine in… after having the waffle in the store told him to cook properly the take away one… but his reply was both done together… can’t do anything more… we specifically told to make the takeaway later… but no use… have to rethink whether we should...

This waffle shop is a total scam, I have ordered choco waffle sundae large. They literally gave a half scoop of ice cream which is very less in quantity and this a scam.
