FabHotel Green City — Hotel in Zone 5 Royapuram

Checked in at 11.15 PM, guys at the reception were helpful. I think one should be cautious and call FabHotels customer care directly if the front desk says "I am not seeing any booking under your name" because that was what happened with me. They said there is no such booking and were confused, I called the FabHotel Customer care and they sorted it out. Do not get panic and pay any 2X amount. About the room, it was pretty decent, would say above the average. Big plus is the location. Bed spreads could have been cleaned better with steam wash or something since you can see bit of old stains. You will be given an option to choose one dish for breakfast, either Roast, Pongal, Or Poori for along with tea. It will be delivered to the room from near hotel. Food was clean and great. Check out time is 11 AM as usual and they are bit strict about it. Parking area would contain about 6 cars. Can park opposite to the hotel if there is space. Bathroom was clean and decent except some taps were leaking, not a big issue. Room was spacious and air condition worked well. Ridiculous hotel. Denied check in after booking through Brevistay. They forgot to update the new tariff which was 1800 for 6 hours. They forgot to update their new manager's phone number so the old manager was the point of contact for Brevistay, who confirmed that the booking is confirmed. In the end paid 1500 for 6 hours (wash even worth 671, which was the original tariff on Brevistay).

Dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. Heater doesn't work. Outdoor pipes and fitting. Photographer has done an incredible job hiding all these things.

The hotel is located in city center, exactly not in the main market, but yes lot of shops nearby to shop and dine around, this Oyo property is good for short stays, rooms are big enough. ||But beware of sleepless nights you are going to get due to whole night barking of dogs, due to adjacent veterinary hospital, also there is no kitchen in this hotel, so you have to walk a near by property for breakfast which seems to be the same owner property.||||So it was an average experience overall, the staff was good, they will help you with the luggage and ...
