TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS....BUT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE, EVON RESTAURANT WAS NOT FULL , "" WAITER BROUGHT THE TEA DROPPED ON MY SAUCER, I TOLD HIM TO BRING NEW EMPTY SAUCER TO TRANSFER MY CUP, WAITER TOLD ME TO DRINK LIKE THIS HE CANT CHANGE THE NEW SAUCER, INSTANT OF CHANGING THE SAUCER HE TOOK SAUCER AND THROW THE DROPPED TEA FROM THE SAUCER TO THE SINK , THEN HE BROUGHT BACK SAME SAUCER ,EVON ONCE HE BRING THE SAUCER STILL HAVE TEA ON THAT SAUCE , ILL ATTACHED PHOTO HERE . I THINK THEIR IS NOT ENOUGH SAUCER THATS WHY HE DID LIKE THIS . IF YOU CHARGING 1 TEA COST 35 RS SO I WAS EXPECTING ATLEAST MINIMUM SERVICE. ATTITUDE OF WAITER HE THINKING HE WAS GOING TO PAY MY BILL " . KINDLY TEACH THEM HOW TO TALK WITH THE GUEST . COMPANY WILL LOSE BUSINESS IF YOU KEEP LIKE THIS...

Visited this restaurant last night around 10:30 PM for dinner. We ordered idly and tawa pulao, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst food experiences we’ve ever had. There was no salt, no proper taste — the food seemed like it had been left out and served from the leftovers.

When we raised the issue, the staff casually responded saying, “Sir, we always use less salt, this is how our hotel food tastes.” They further added that many customers had eaten throughout the day and no one had complained except us, and then began arguing instead of resolving the issue. We ended up leaving the entire meal untouched and walked out.

This used to be a great place for food once upon a time, but sadly, it has now become one of the worst dining spots. Would not recommend...

One of the most worst restaurant in Chennai servers and waiters are more arrogant , rash one person black slim and tall person with high arrogance interacting in all slang and throwed the spoon and plates on customers and started abusing all slang and bad words the cashier lady did even responded anything Highly offensive in body language this persons are insulting , offending from other state no respect to other person in this restaurant and if we enquire something purposely fighting this is the food we have you need to have if not you can get out of the hotel no proper management all other customers also walked out all others are fake review highly...
