RedDoorz Premium @ Ciumbuleuit Atas — Hotel in Bandung City

This property is in shared premise with the Sheo Hotel in Ciumbuleuit area (formerly Hotel Ardjuna). So you can use the Sheo Hotel's facility like the pool.||The horror began when we enter the room. The supposed to be non-smoking room smelled heavy with cigarette smoke. Visible stained on bed sheets, pillow, & towels. The worst of all, we can smell piss in the bathroom just like dirty public toilet.||We asked for the room to be re-cleaned upon our arrival. The house keeper did redo the bathroom, but it still smelled like piss after he left (I think he didn't know how to clean it!) Oh, the house keeper didn't do anything about the room, the bed sheet or the cigarette odor.||That night I almost not dare to touch anything in the room. I put an extra cloth to cover the bed and I ended up shower the water closet part to clean it and get rid of the smell. How awful!||I almost tried their spa (Kumagaya Spa). Outside it looked professional but inside... the front bathroom was dirty, super wet, & the air was heavy with cigarette smell. It was clear that the staff had smoked inside that bathroom just before I arrived. To make it worse, the bed sheet of every rooms were heavily stained! (Oil stained, foot print with dirt, and God knows what else) I tried to look a couple of rooms and all the same. Scary.||We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only and had no choice since it's a day before Christmas' Eve and hotels in Bandung were full that time. But surely we won't...

The ambiance of the place feels a little better despite of its location.I check in late due to the horrible traffic.The recepsionist is accomodating and friendly.The entire travel made me feel horrible when i entered the room.The room is not yet prepared despite of my late check in,they even requested to wait for 10minutes,no tissue,no towel,no floor matting,no bottled water at 2 room and we only have 1 cup and saucer each room.The shampoo is empty and the shower gel.The room was never cleaned as i can see all dust everywhere.The shower room and the toilet was leaking and the entire room was smelly.The pool is so dirty and looks like the water was never changed a long time.It was a horrible experience for me.It was never been an easy experience as i expected too much with the pictures presented by reddoorz, its just a tricky style to win customer.Im looking forward to taking an actual inspection to this establishment.I hope that future clients will not experience as mine.Thank...

saya sengaja datang ke hotel ini untuk berlibur di bandung sengaja saya pilih RedDoorz Premium karena saya pikir akan seperti minimum bintang 4 dan saya pesan kamar yang suite room. pertama saya injak kaki di hotel ini sudah mulai curiga dengan hotel ini karena lobby penuh debu dan kolam ikan yang tidak terawat di tambah ada tanda hotel ini di segel oleh pemerintah kota bandung masih terpajang di sisi lobby. coridor lorong menuju pool juga tidak terawat. reception tidak masalah karena sesuai dengan tugasnya. kondisi bangunan saya katakan cukup bagus hanya saja tidak terawat. saat mulai masuk kamar mulailah terasa kalau kamar suite room yg saya pikir bersih dan rapi ternyata tidak sesuai harapan. lantai kamar masih kotor,furniture juga penuh debu. yang paling heran lagi towel harus minta. setelah di kirim oleh housekeeping kondisi towel sudah sangat tidak layak. saat minta bath mat atau keset kamar mandi di kirim potongan bath towel yg sudah rusak. sabun juga kosong. intinya wooow..... ||setelah di situ saya coba pesan kamar satu lagi yang ukuran standard. ternyata kondisi sama tidak jauh hanya lebih beda lagi kamar totaly bau rokok plus tembok dan atap yg mulai berjamur. esok harinya saya b fast makanan ya sangat cukup sederhana tidak ada variasi apa2 dan serba apa adanya. mesin roti juga rusak tapi di pajang. setelah selesai b fast. saya coba berenang dengan keluarga. tapi kolam anak nya sudah berlumut dan sangat kotor sekali. kalau memang rusak atau tidak terpakai bisa ada tulisan sedang perbaikan atau informasi. intinya kami tidak jadi renang karena kondisi kolam anak rusak dan kolam dewasa air juga sudah tidak layak pakai. ||jadi cukup sekali saya stay...
