The place itself is actually very nice, open space, spacious grass garden, sadly though there were too many smokers dominated the area that make the supposed to be fresh air becomes polluted and the intention to inhale clean bandung air became impossible. We are not sure if the place just recently open or not, but the kitchen to make porridge and noodle seemed like emergency kitchen with minimum equipments. The waiting time for the food (we ordered porridges) was quite long if not too long and the staffs who prepared the food did not use any hand plastic glove, all kerupuk, chicken, bawang goreng, were taken by her bare hands. We saw the hand plastic glove on the table, and when we asked why she didn't use it as we saw ourselves how they prep the food, they only replied with 'mepet Pak'. While we are still transitioning from the pandemic (even without pandemic) hygiene should be the priority for any resto especially those that consider themselves as a cafe and with quite high price for a bowl of porridge. With that price tag and place, guests expected that hygiene and service (kindly note that when we were there, there is/are no waiter/waitress to help us to find seat, to ask questions, or if we need any other help in the seating area ) are the priorities. Hopefully, the management takes a time to read the review and able to improve their service...

Nestled in the heart of Bandung, Masagi Coffee is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Stepping into their expansive outdoor space feels like entering a serene oasis, where the hustle and bustle of the city fade away into the background. The tranquil ambiance, surrounded by lush greenery and gentle breeze, creates the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

What truly sets Masagi Coffee apart is their charming hosts - the resident cats! These furry companions add an extra layer of warmth and comfort to the already inviting atmosphere. Whether they're playfully chasing each other or curling up for a catnap in the sun, their presence brings joy to all who visit.

Of course, the star of the show is the coffee. Crafted with precision and passion, each cup boasts rich flavors and aromatic notes that tantalize the senses. Paired with a delectable selection of pastries or savory treats, every sip becomes a moment to savor and cherish.

Masagi Coffee isn't just a cafe; it's an experience. From the moment you arrive until the last sip of your coffee, you're enveloped in a sense of tranquility and hospitality that lingers long after you've left. Whether you're seeking a quiet escape or a cozy gathering spot with friends, Masagi Coffee delivers an unforgettable experience that leaves you...

I ordered ice mocha and caramel machiato for the beverages, almond croissant and waffle ice cream for the dessert. It all cost around IDR160k, a normal price for coffee shop in favourite spot. I don’t recommend you to order ice mocha, it has bitter taste. For caramel machiatto, it was their favourite beverage (being told by the cashier) taste just good, but far enough compared to starbucks. All the dessert has normal taste, but one thing i highlighted that my waffle ice cream not prioritized by the staff. I should wait around 30 minutes, maybe it must be understandably because its a busy day, but i still mad of that experience. The ambience is good, you can enjoy your evening chit chat with friends or family there, fresh air. I don’t think its a good idea to do your task (using computer) there, it has limited table and limited charge station. Maybe the cafe could add another table in the garden.

Overall, if you want to have some chitchat session with friends (3-4 person) with fresh air, it is recommended...

This is my first time coming to this coffeshop and so disappointed by the service because they serve my coffee in a paper (compostable) cups, and other ppl are served in glass cups. Its a simple problem but its hurt my heart its feels like some sort of jokes or discrimination towards me because we are the only 2 person who got that paper cups and its feels like I’ve becoming a laughing stocks for everyone else. Before that we order a machiato and its kind of disappointing for the price they set. I think the barista and everyone else there should give the same service regardless who she/he is even when we’ve going to be served with some diffrent cups, if they explained beforehand its a more acceptable service. I’ve been coming to a lot coffeshop, but so far this is my worst experience.
