Khariz hotel — Hotel in Bukittinggi

The mountain view is great, especially in the morning.

But, the room floor a bit dirty and bed cover is not well-maintenanced. The parking space for cars is also very limited (only 4 cars may park in hotel area). If the guest do not get the parking space, they may park their car in the side road or at near-by local hospital (parking fare may be reinbursed to hotel).

Unfortunatelly, we got 3rd floor room. Water pressure in bathroom faucet is very low so the water flow very very slowly (you may got your 600 mL water bottle in about 10 minutes).

And in the afternoon, we got an earthquake (shallow eartquake with 3.7 Richer scale). I and my family was in the 3rd floor and everyting on the table was shaking, so we rush to the stair and we hurry to the outside. Unfortunatelly (again), the hotel staff seems to be confused with want to do during an earthquake. No direction from the staff, no evacuation route or even emergency alarm.

Hotel staff shall be well-trained during emergency situation (like an earthquake). Plus, Bukittinggi is an earthquake-prone area.

Pelayanan nya bagus banget, cerita sedikit biasa pas pulang kampung susah nyari hotel dan biasa dapat penginapan seadanya dan harganya mahal, kebetulan lewat didepan hotel ini iseng coba turun dan menanyakan kamar ternyata kebetulan ada yang kosong, ga ngasih ekspektasi yang tinggi karna harga nya murah dan ngira hotel nya bakal sama seperti lebaran biasanya, tapi pas liat kamar hotelnya bagus banget fasilitas lengkap, pelayanan dari pegawainya ramah banget kaya hotel² mewah pokok nya, rekomendasi banget...

layanan pihak hotel sangat buruk, sudah pesan dan bayar kamar via transfer melalui admin, di blg itu penipuan, alasan sudah di ganti d google, tapi tetap saja semalaman nomor tetap saja itu apalagi saat resepsionis menelpon owner, terdengar sangat sombong. sangat tidak bertanggung bertanggung jawab padahal ini murni kelalaian pihak hotel
