KoolKost Syariah near Bintaro Jaya Xchange — Hotel in Ciputat

The place is clean, neat and comfy.. the area is a little bit excluded though. I was thinking of booking here for it was close to Jurang Mangu Station but I was wrong. Based on the maps it's only less than 1 km away but the truth is there is no a direct road to the station. You need to go in a roundabout way to reach to the station.

The rules of the place is a little bit harsh. The gate is closed at 11 p.m. and you are not allowed to go in and out. After 11 p.m. the gate is locked and you are not be given the key of the gate. Also, if you are a couple, you need to provide a proof of married such as a marriage certificate. Furthermore, the deposit of 100K rupiah is required upon checking in and will be return at the time of check out.

Free Wifi is available but not covering all the area. In my room, room No.1, is not reaching well. It doesn't has a rooftop but it has such a place to sit and smoke (equipped with a small chair, a small table, and an ashtray). You are not allowed to smoke in the room but you can smoke out at the designated place.

My room, unfortunately, is not very lucky. The AC cannot be controlled by the remote and the water system in the bathroom is broken, like it was leaking out all the time. However, I found there might be a better room with a window at the second floor. The room is just uniquely different from the other rooms. It is the only room with a big transparant glass as the window and it looks very cool.

Koolkost Syariah yang dalam aplikasi RedDoorz tertulis KoolKost Syariah near Bintaro Jaya Xchange ini cukup representatif ya, dari Bintaro Xchange sangat dekat, lebih kurang berjarak 600 meter jika jalan kaki, dan deket sekali dengan Stasiun Jurang Mangu. Lebih kurang jaraknya juga sama.

Secara umum, Koolkost ini bersih, dan akses ke sana juga tergolong mudah walau secara titik di map, kurang presisi tapi untungnya ada penanda Koolkost jadi mudah untuk dilihat.

Kamar, bersih ya, toilet juga oke tersedia air panas, AC nyala mantap, ada TV Mito bagus buat nonton, dan kualitas kasur oke sprai juga oke, bantal ok, dengan harga booking saya di aplikasi RedDoorz hanya 66K per malam.

Sangat murah dan sangat terjangkau untuk saya yang suka numpang tidur hanya untuk sekadar istirahat sebelum melakukan perjalanan jauh. Cukup membantu, apalagi cek-in bisa sampai jam 11 malam maksimal.

Petugasnya juga, Mbak Atmi sangat ramah....

Harga murah, dapet 100an permalam sebenernya bisa lebih murah lagi (diagoda bisa sampe 60an permalam) bayar on the spot, lokasi yg bisa diakses dengan jalan kaki dekat ke stasiun jurangmangu, bintaro xchange mall,

Kamarnya lumayan, ac ok, tapi kenapa plastik springbednya ga dilepas ya? Jd kurang nyaman, airnya kecil banget ada pilihan panas tapi sepertinya ngga berfungsi,

Hotel/kos ini lebih cocok buat para backpaker yg ngga bawa kendaraan, Parkir motor sempit (maksimal 3/4) kalau semua tamu pada bawa motor ngga muat itu parkiran, parkir mobil ngga ada, Sayangnya informasi lahan parkir ngga disampaikan atau saya yg kurang teliti bacanya,

Pemilik harusnya lebih perhatian sm hotel/kosnnya supaya lebih nyaman, walau dengan kondisi kayak gitu aja masih banyak yg...
