Solaria at Bintaro X Change is always buzzing with energy, and it’s easy to see why—it’s a go-to spot for casual dining in the area. Despite the heavy crowd, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we got a table. The staff was attentive and efficient in managing the flow of guests, which made the overall experience feel well-organized.

As expected from Solaria, the food was consistent with their usual standard—simple, satisfying, and good value for money. It’s the kind of place where you know what you’re getting, and that familiarity makes it a reliable choice for both individuals and families. The variety on the menu also ensures there’s something for everyone.

However, we did experience a significant delay in food service, waiting more than 30 minutes for our orders to arrive. While this was a bit frustrating, the overall experience—especially the convenience and affordability—still made it worthwhile. Going here again after a long time not coming here (I wasn't a fan of Solaria while some people like this restaurant).

I ordered Chicken Mozzarela with French Fries. The portion of French Fries was just right. The chicken was cooked well. However, the mozzarella was not that much (it was just a bit). I ordered lemonade as the beverage. My husband said that the sugar cannot be separated 🤷🏻‍♀️ if the lemonade comes from a real lemon, then it should be possible for me to have a separated sugar. And then, somehow the taste of lemonade like nutrsar.

But the ambience is comfy (I came here when it wasn't really that crowded). I ordered the food and paid right away at the cashier desk. They would give you the number table after you paid. It didn't took that long for them to serve my food.

I think there could be some improvements for the foods. Would I come back here? Maybe...

Kecewa bgt saya makan di Solaria bxc, pdhl sy sering makan disini tapi knp makin hari hari pelayanan nya mkin kurang bagus, saya kmrn makan di solaria keadaan emg cukup ramai sya cari bangku kosong susah, akhirnya sy dpt dan itu emg masih ada piring kotor dan tisu bekas saos bekas cust makan, lalu saya minta tolong di clear up bekas piring nya dari yg baik baik sampe gregetan ga di clear up in, sampai 3 waiters sya minta tolong di clear up tetep jawabannya cuma 'baik', akhirnya sekalian sya mau order ke kasir sya bilang meja pojok boleh tolong di clear up kasir jg bilang 'bisa ka ditunggu', sampe makanan saya sama temen sya sampai itu piring ga diambil jg, jdinya saya sama temen saya makan masih ada bekas makan org lain jg di meja jd penuh, abis makan saya blm langsung pulang akhirnya ada mba mba yg ambilin clear up an di belakang saya tapi meja saya di lewatin ga di ambil minimal liat dulu kanan kiri samping atau ga emg temennya ga nyampein klo ada meja yg minta di clear up, dan ya ampe saya mau pulang ga di ambil si, tolong solaria lebih diperhatiin pelayanan nya buat cust nyaman, klo emg lg rame tolong kasih back up an buat handle ambil clear up an cust yg...
