Ibis Yogyakarta Adi Sucipto — Hotel in Depok

I arrived very late and found fresh amenities set in my room with my family picture on the greeting card. My kids were so excited to see their picture and name written on the card, very personalized.|They love and finish the sweet treats too.||We slept very well after our trip during the day, the bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and we got everything that we needed, the unique bathroom made my kids curious and cut the drama over bath time for them.||We used to think that Ibis is for backpacker, in fact, as I traveled with 2 kids and brought many stuff, the room layout is perfect for me to store our stuff on the shelves, the sink at the bathroom fits for my kids (not to high and not too big), so they can use them without my help, and the bed size also fits for the three of us.||Breakfast at Grand Mercure in the morning was the best after hotel hopping with my kids for the past couple of days, my daughter finally had proper breakfast like she used to.||Kudos to the team and Arifin who leads them, every touch point with the team reflected how they are nurtured...

This hotel is one of few hotels i feel in this country which is exceptional by not guest focussed.

Webhave booked 3 nights and all of them went sleepless due to AC not working , they change our room after reapated request and several visit from maintaiance staff but could not fix the issue.

Towels were not clean in the bath room, house keeping was asked to provide an iron and takes 40 mins, reception staff has only one word..Sorry..and Sorry..with a smile..

Breakfast is designed so that you cant eat , even you pay extra. Its not peletable but the resturent staff impressed us as they know due to poor and testeless food guest were not eating so they reach individually and try to make some thing for you.

Despite all these on the last day my wife requested for a brief extension to stay to feed my little one but this reception staff and smile at us and say ..Sorry...

The hotel ruin my holiday ...thx for yogjak ambience and other restaurant and lovely people who helped a lot to come out of...

Once upon arrival, check-in counter is located behind Grand Mercure. Drop out position is not good, however it's okay for budget hotel with sharing facilities with Grand Mercure, like Gym & Swimming Pool.

Check in experience is like others reviewer said, Receptionist are not smiling well upon my arrival 🙏.

Nice Room for short business trip. It's Compact, nice and Clean Room. Air conditioner are best, it's centralised and cold. It's completed with pillow and bolster 😁👍.

However some unique in the bedding are simple mattress with medium soft topper. No chair for working space except you put upon a request. Facilitated with kettle, small open cabinet, big mirror, hair dryer, etc.

Unfortunately WiFi is not good, TV Channels are limited, and It's not recommended for long stay because open window are not available for non-smoking room at third floor.

I think, I ll continue my review about restaurant, and other...
