Puri Artha Hotel — Hotel in Depok

From the beginning the entrance was already welcomed with the interior of Java and Bali throughout the building from the entrance, lobby, restaurant, garden, swimming pool to the room. There are two buildings to the south and north. The location of the hotel is also in the downtown area or downtown, but when you enter the inside it feels very comfortable because it's not noisy. Many parks like resorts in Bali, even all rooms have balconies overlooking the park. The restaurant is semi-open with many joglo buildings decorated with Javanese carvings and interiors. The food is a bit lacking in taste ... you can add more flavor so it gets worse 😍. At breakfast it was really good at the table overlooking the garden, the air was fresh and the atmosphere was really fresh. I stay in an executive deluxe type room with a beautiful bed, the rooms are really spacious, and each room has a balcony. The gardens are beautiful and Balinese, including a fairly large swimming pool. The swimming pool itself has many lay beds that can make you relax, taste again in Bali. The hotel is in a classic Balinese style. We were one of the few guest that were staying at the hotel, it was very quiet. The restaurant and bar were empty, it seemed they were not used anymore. Apparently a few years ago it was a very nice hotel with a lot of guests, but nowadays its quiet and looks abandoned. The twin room we had, was not that good. The beds were oke but the bathroom was not. There was only little water coming out of the crane in the wash basin. The shower inside the bath only gave lukewarm water, no warm water. There were ants crawling everywhere and we found a dead beetle in the closet. We discussed this with the staff and they offered us another room, but it was the same problem there so we decided to go to another hotel.. They gave us a refund so the service was good. A very affordable hotel, there are 2 sides of the hotel and they are just accross from each other. The other side has swimming pool but I got the garden side. Room was big! It probably fit 2 more extra beds. ||As for cleanliness its okay. Tolerable. Not dirty. I love how it's a semi outdoor. I can breathe the fresh air in the morning and even at night its peaceful. Staff were friendly. With all the plantations, there are not many mosquitoes here.||The location of this hotel is on a small street but it can fit a car and also they have a parking space.
