I recently stayed at Hotel Kasuwari in Labuan Bajo and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Suhaili, is incredibly friendly and hospitable. We shared sunsets and dinners together, and it was a truly memorable experience. We felt like being part of the family 💛☺️ he also helped us to find a doctor as we needed some treatment for a wound and he’s being super kind to take me and my friend for several time to see the doctor at the clinic. THANK YOU 💫
Emilia, Mex, and all the staff are lovely and treat you with the utmost care to make you feel welcome and at home. We went back two times and we are already looking forward to our next visit to see them again in the near future. Plus we had the pleasure of painting an amazing mural at the reception so go and check it out and take some photos with you in it :) and tag us on Instagram: we will be happy to see you enjoying some colorful arts...

Furthermore, the staff at Hotel Kasuwari were equally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my entire...

The aircon was strong and the bedsheets clean. The bathroom was the most basic I’ve ever seen and there was no hot water. The breakfast was basic and you may need a second breakfast somewhere else shortly after. What the hotel lacks in facilities, the manager makes up in helpfulness. He gave us detail advice on what to do on our whole trip across Flores. The only thing we realised and read after in the Lonely Planet, is that if you’re on a backpacking budget- don’t book “public transport” through your hotel/hostel/homestay when travelling across Flores, just go to the main road/ highway and wait for a Bemo (it’s the norm and you actually pay a fairer price for...
