RedDoorz near Pantai Pede — Hotel in Flores

I broke into a room with a chopstick,it's THAT bad here.

OLD and NOT maintained. Got 2 rooms and neither had working toilets (had to manually fill tank to flush). No lights, no hot water, no water pressure, no internet, no wondows, no amenities (not even toilet paper). There isnt even a sign out fron to find the place!

I feel bad for staff who are obviously trying to run a business for an owner who gave up 10 years ago. The staff is kind and does try, the beds are clean and comfortable since they CAN be maintained easily.

Anything other than bedding hasnt seen any maintenance for years; water goes out frequently, interiors are destroyed with mildew.

This is the first and last reddoorz i will ever stay at. Had i not booked online ahead i would not have stayed. Web booking sites need to update the listing as not acceptable, even for the low price. Cheap room but the ceiling was literally leaking water onto my bed… the walls were soaked with brown stains water damage. Ants all over the floor, bathroom was dirty, and shower doesn’t get hot. The AC worked okay but definitely didn’t get as cold as they are supposed to. The check in took way too long as they couldn’t get the key card to work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, the rooms are not what is described or what the images represent. The bathroom in my room was filthy. I doubt it had ever been cleaned. The bed sheets were stained and had holes in them. Also the AC did not work. The lobby area, is filthy aswell, honestly the places needs a thorough scrub. You will find cheaper hostels in better...
