Capital O 3300 Nadjara Residence Syariah — Hotel in Jakarta

not syariah at all. so many dating couples/ tattoed men. front office didn’t ask for marriage certificate. the lobby flooded with water and the lobby’s toilet was run out of water.

we had troubled with my order from agoda, said the Standard Double were not available due to electricity and shower issue. we had to wait so long, the check ins queue was long too.

the pool EWWW not even a pleasure to look at. too small, too. and it is placed too close to the crowded front office/waiting area. not comfy at all to swim there.

the room so dirty with sperm stain all over the linen and pillows. and they all smell bad too. the bed spring hurt our back! the bathroom mat was so dirty and sandy. the bathroom so dirty with moss!!! they did not lend us towels and did not give us a damn soap/ tooth paste.

they did not provide any rubbish bin.

please do NOT tricked by the price like we were. please CANCEL ur stay here.

and to OYO, please do PAY ATTENTION to tricky third party residence provider. you can learn from Airy how clean they are even though so many Airy places are old places but they’re always SPARKLING clean. and they always provide us...

I hope the owner doesn't blaim the staff for my review, the hotel is great, for the grand opening, it really need to be clean, nothing is not broken ecxept the air condition, tv is broken, blanket and pillows are dirty af. Pool are also dirty, and theres fungus everywhere. They need at least 20 staff or more! They obviously overwork! It is not a hotel anymore! Its a motel! And its the cheapest one. It's bad enough to make you think, "oh this is a 0 star rate hotel feels like" i regret but not for coming to this place, knowing this place is exist is fun, living on it was not fun. Not recomended anyone to sleep in here unless they really really really need the money, because it's cheap.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. I arrived late at night but still could get in (even though it wasn’t easy). The problem started from now, I booked this room by agoda for 100 idr, but at the reception they told me I had to pay 100 idr more without giving a reason (just that it was like this). I was too tired to fight so I agreed, but as I entered my room, I was really disappointed with this hotel. I had dirty sheets (they really had a strong sweat smell), moldy pillows, not a functional shower and no control for the AC (so it was turn off).
