UNPROFESSIONAL, HOW CAN YOU HAVE A CONSTRUCTION GOING WHILE HAVING GUESTS??!! The hotel and service was nice. BUT MY STAY THERE WAS A JOKE. How can you have an ongoing construction in the hotel while having guests there? There was loud and annoying noise from early morning till late evening. I talked with the staff and managers multiple times and they assured me that it will be stopped. But they lied. They were lying straight into my eyes that the construction is in another building. I went upstairs myself a few times and the construction belonged to the hotel... How can you lie so easily? How? Especially the main manager. And you say that you care about the customers the most. A JOKE!!! (don't blame the normal staff, they're really nice people) Further more in the end I had enough of it and decided to leave and get a refund. I agreed everything with the staff and left. But I didn't get my money back, I contacted them again, I contacted booking.com, nothing and my money isn't back. (that's why I'm writing this review after a 1.5 month, thought I would get my money back) Where is the money? How can you lie so easily?
To be honest. I don't recommend this place at all. You should go to Pakis instead. It's a hotel very close by and has no such problems and they don't lie.
Even though it looks nice, the food is good, people seem nice. The place got me so angry by lying and having something so unprofessional that I just can't leave a good review
Now I regret I didn't take photos. But I don't care, I'll just avoid this place and recommend...
Read moreHotel Review – 3 Stars||My stay at this 3-star property was average—suitable for a quick trip, but not memorable. The location is central and practical, offering easy access to public transport and a few decent dining spots. The room was clean, but the furniture was dated and the bed far too firm. Noise from the street filtered through the thin windows, making sleep difficult at times.||One standout during the visit was Luise at the front desk. Her professionalism and friendly attitude were a bright spot. She managed check-in swiftly, answered questions with patience, and even offered local tips that proved helpful. Without her, the overall service level would have felt cold and impersonal.||The facilities left much to be desired. There was no gym, the breakfast was uninspiring, and the on-site amenities felt more like afterthoughts than selling points. Wi-Fi was unreliable, particularly in the evenings—an inconvenience for anyone needing to stay connected.||Ultimately, this hotel is passable for a short, budget-conscious stay, but offers little in the way of comfort or atmosphere. It works if expectations are kept in check. Luise’s excellent service, however, made the experience more pleasant than it otherwise...
Read moreIt was a pleasant stay for 2-nights. Got a queen bed with 2 pillows and 2 bolsters. I mean, bantal guling in a hotel room? Such a rare sight! However, i found out they just combined 2 twin beds to make it “queen bed” because I still felt the slight gap.
On the other side, they use TOTO for toilet, shower, washbasin and Daikin aircon. They provide electric kettle, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, and in room fridge. Wifi was working well too! The in room smart TV required your personal account to access Netflix, VIU, Disney+ etc.
I’d love to come back with this level of comfort and facility. Well, at least they need to improve their staffs’ hospitality, such as a simple greeting whenever the guests passing by...
