Karyawan nya lumayan banyak, tapi kayak percuma karena kurang helpfull. Saat itu sy memang sengaja pay at hotel. Nah mungkin mereka pas gak ada kembalian, tp gak kasih solusj juga. Paling gak usaha cari dulu lah, pinjem dulu ke temen, dsb. Akhirnya sy balik kemobil lg utk cari2 uang kecil. Saat itu sy pesan bukan kamar yg promo. Tp begitu sy masuk ke kamarnya kok sy merasa kurang sreg, krn memang beda dgn yg di foto dan agak kurang rapi saja plus tidak ada jendela keluar (adanya jendela ke lorong). Saya balik lg dong ke recept utk tanya ada kamar lain/tdk. Dijawab dgn gelagapan agak lama lalu nanya ke temen nya "ada gak?".. Temennya dengan muka males cm bilang "gak ada pak. Hanya tinggal yg itu" Oh please.. saya yakin di bangunan 3lt itu ada lebih dr 20 kamar. Dan di parkiran hanya ada 3mobil dan gak lebih dr 5 motor. Saya cm jawab "hah masa iya penuh sih?.. yasudah ok thx" Akhirnya saya pake kamarnya. Agak malem sy keluar di parkiran utk cari udara segar dan ternyata ada tukang mie tektek, lalu sy pesan lah 1 mie rebus utk makan disitu. Nah pas balik arah kamar sy papasan dgn salah 1 karyawan dan sy tanya "mas bisa pinjem mangkok/piring?" Terus tau gak dia jawab "waduh mas hanya ada 2 dan barusan jg dipinjem sama tamu lain" Dalem hati sy bergumam yaampun lu mas.. pd males bangat yak kalian., Lah di foto aplikasinya saya lihat ada dapurnya gitu kok.. ya kali cm ada 2 mangkok..? Lalu saya lanjut lg jalan sambil mikir gmn cara makan mje rebus panas dari bungkusan plastik. Ternyata di meja recept ada ibu2 yg jaga dan saya rasa mungkin dia adalah pemiliknya. Saya tanya lg aja soal ketersediaan piring/mangkok. Dan benar saja.. dia bilang "bapak naik 1 lantai lalu di pojok kanan ada dapur coba cr disana" Saya cari didapur dan dgn mudahnya ketemu loh mangkok dan sendoknya, cukup banyak pula jumlahnya. Hadeuhhh mana tu si mas2 tadi..😥
Well mungkin ini cm soal SDM ya.. klasik...

I had reserved room from their apps and paid by bank transfer, then i came to the hotel, hotel receptionist said their room is full booked for RedDoorz meanwhile i can book from your front end? i just arrived after driving my car from Denpasar to Jakarta for 1185KM and RedDoorz playing with their extranet?? then i should call RedDoorz Costumer Service to fix it then talk to Hotel's receptionist manually to make my room available. should be consider to use RedDoorz apps for next booking. anyway thanks to the hotels...
