Notable mention: high speed WiFi. This place is good if you need fast internet connection.
I don't try any of their foods, but ordered two drinks. My friend ordered an ice hazelnut latte, it has kind of weird taste if compared it to other coffee. At first, it come bitter, but after awhile it become too sweet. I ordered avocado juice, decent juice, not too much water and served pretty cold. But they don't give option to use SKM (susu kental manis) which normally included in avocado juice. I will rate 3/5 for taste.
In other hand, their staffs is quiet helpful even though not giving extraordinary service. Okay, but not too friendly. For me it is 2/5.
The ambience and vibe or the place is not really my cup of tea, maybe because I was upstairs. Their indoor first floor seems okay. The place is quiet full of dust and furniture (along with the interior) kinda out-of-dated. So I will give this 3/5. Their toilet is not too clean also, weirdly it has AC installed, but some people really have the urge to smoke in toilets it stinks of cigs smoke. Pretty decent, just need some clean up and simply not my cup of tea. I will give 3/5.
Talking about price, for the drinks and the place, I think this place deserve a 3/5. The price is okay, not so affordable and not so expensive.

Read moreWent to this cafe last Saturday night. Ordered two toasted bread (roti bakar) with choco cheese and ovomaltine topping and one toasted banana (pisang bakar) with choco cheese topping. All food came out cold. It didn’t feel like they just toast it. The choco cheese toasted bread tasted bad, and so did the banana. I have no idea what kind of chocolate they used because it tasted sweet like sugar. The toasted banana was also below our expectation. The banana so small you can barely see it under the pile of chocolate cheese topping. Fortunately, toasted bread with ovomaltine topping tasted quite good. I know it’s not a fair comparison because of the ovomaltine alone tastes so damn good.
I gave two stars for the food but 2,5 stars for the cafe’s vibe. This cafe has two storey, all area is divided into two sections for smoking and non smoking. I sat on the second floor. The vibe was actually okay. Orange warm lighting and dark + wooden furniture will make you wanna stay longer.
But if it serves a better taste food, i could give ‘em four or...
Read moreDisclaimer: I know the owner's family, and I ate there with his son The food there was pretty good, tried out the oxtail soup and onion ring, very worth it for the price. However, their Bali Kintamani manual brew coffee was so acidic, it tasted more like Mandheling instead. The roasted Kintamani beans I had previously received from them and brewed myself had moderate acidity, just like normal. Also, service was inconsistent and sometimes took long: our oxtail soup came after half an hour. And they forgot to input my iced tea order, which came only after I conveyed this to the owner's son, who talked to his father sitting across our table, who informed the staff. I have to give them credit for their complaint management (and their unwritten "if you don't like it, we'll replace it for free" policy), which was pretty quick. Ambience was really Instagrammable, we saw one person travelling around and taking pictures there for two hours straight. Will I come back? Maybe, but I prefer going to the group's other, older restaurants, which has...
