Read moreThis is the most complicated hotel I have ever had. I tried to borrow bowl and spoon. They charged me 25K IDR. I was okay with that. I asked the staff to put the charge on my bill and I will pay it when I was about to check out. The staff refused and asked me to pay directly. I was so dissapointed. I did not have any cash. If they did not accept payment through check out why baverages on the fridge was on sale. When a guest took a can of milk during the stay, he/she had to pay on the check out time, didnt he/she? So whats the difference between paying the baverages and a bowl? Also this hotel is eqquiped with tap to access the elevator which is great. BUT the staf only gave us one card. So when one of us want to go outside, you have to asked the staff to tap it for you. They asked deposit if you want room card more than one. I booked two rooms with different floor. So if I had to go to my children'room, I had to go to lobby first and asked the staf to tap it for me. COMPLICATED rule. And the staf is not friendly and lack of problem solving ability. The hospitality of this hotel need to be improved and the SOP needs to be reviewed badly. The good thing about this hotel is...
