G' Sign Style Hotel, Kuta — Hotel in Kuta

My flight was delayed and the airline put me in this hotel. The best thing about it is the very helpful and friendly staff. They all assisted in contacting the airline, giving directions in Kuta, and arranging transport. A big thank you to them.||||The hotel is quite basic. Apparently, there´s a pool but it is been renovated and it´s not accessible. Breakfast has two choices, Western and Oriental. Limited choices but still, you can get your eggs or omelettes as you like.||||I had no issues with Internet, it was reliable both in the room and in the facility. ||Bed was comfortable and aircon and tv worked well.||There is one thing that I would definitely change. From 6am till 23pm there´s an ambient music (Balinese), quite repetitive and loud enough to be heard even in the room. That makes it a bit difficult to rest from 6am if you decide to stay in the hotel. I guess that their intention is to make a smooth ambient but most people come to Bali from a long flight and they really need to rest.||||The hotel is located at about 2kms from Kuta beach. You can walk but it´ll take a good 20 minutes. Alternatively, jump on a bike and pay no more than 10,000 Indonesian Rupiah (US$0.75)for the trip to Kuta beach or Discovery shopping mall.||||Again, thank you to the staff...

This is the second time I visited this hotel (first time was in 2016 when the hotel name was Maxone Suites). Nothing has changed other than the new name. I arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am and checked out at 8pm because my next flight was at midnight. Initially, I was not permitted to check in early because there were no rooms available, but after I explained that I was only in transit, they finally let me check in early. After getting the key, I went straight to the room and saw that the room had just been cleaned because the floor was still wet.||||There was no problem with my room, everything looked fine and the bed was comfortable too. Only, the shower in the bathroom does not work properly because it does not emit hot water. Besides that, everything is okay. WiFi goes well, air conditioner works well, hotel staff is also friendly.||||The location of the hotel is quite good, only 5 minutes to and from the airport (using Grab, I don't know whether they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport) and there is a mini market in front of the hotel and various types of restaurants around the hotel. Booked through Traveloka and mentioned the special request to get the early check in at 12.00 PM on the voucher. However when we arrived at the hotel around 12.30 PM, the staff informed us politely that the room was not ready yet and they guide me to followed the check in procedue (02.00 PM). I should much appreciated their quick service to prepared my room due to after 20 minutes waiting, i've got my room befor 02.00 PM✌🏻||||Overall hotel's condition is well maintain, the staff who handled me during check in was so helpful. The room is clean as well and definitely, the stunning view from the sky pool on the sunset time is trully awesome||||Apart from the above point, hopefully the management will reopen their restaurant soonest considering the demand which was coming from the guest. I've got confused once i used the lift, inside the lift there was still their restaurant promo but when i tried to order, restaurant is closed temporarily.
