I recently stayed at PrimeBiz Hotel Kuta, and I must say it was such an enjoyable and pleasant experience that truly exceeded my expectations.

Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient — just a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to many great restaurants, convenience stores, and popular souvenir centers like Krisna and The Keranjang Bali. Everything you might need is practically around the corner, which makes it a perfect spot for both short and longer stays.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. They really made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out.

The hotel facilities are great too. There’s a swimming pool located on the rooftop — a lovely place to relax — and the entire property smells amazing, from the lobby all the way to the rooms.

Speaking of the rooms, they’re quite basic but have everything you need for a comfortable stay: clean bedsheets, fresh towels, a hair dryer, mini fridge, safe deposit box, and a decent bathroom. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated.

For smokers or anyone who enjoys being outdoors, there’s also a nice rooftop/outdoor seating area that’s perfect for hanging out, especially in the late afternoon or evening when the weather cools down a bit.

On top of that, the hotel also offers a mini gym, spa, and meeting rooms, which is a great plus for both leisure and business travelers.

Stayed here for our last night in bali. Had a great experience with a toddler also. They have a rooftop pool and you can see airplane take off a lot of time, my kid really enjoyed it. You can also see a beautiful sunset from here. They prepare towel and shower room also for the pool. My favorite part that they have this spa that closed at 10 pm. And all of the staff are really welcoming. The room yess its a bit old, but its pretty spacious, clean & the AC is always on so you won’t feel hot. They prepare you with 4 pillows instead of two. The bed is pretty noisy but it didn’t wake up our kid. The food is tasty, they serve this indonesian traditional food with rice and side dish, toast bread, omelette, cereal, several drink option, waffle, fruits & salads. They also have this little play room for toddler. I think I couldn’t be more happier and definitely will come back to stay here. Super worth the price. Food at first was tolerable for a few day but breafast buffed was same same food every day ,some selections where poorly put togewther and tasted terrible ,i made coments but nothing changed, salty foods , unpalatable .after staying there just under month buffed was hard to face .The fire alarm kept going off everyday , nothing was done, awaked from deep sleep at 2 am.Bus loads of ovenrnight stay mostly students behaved badly in corridors keeping other guess awake that was bloody shocking .made it worse due to poor internet and these people lined the corridors to get better reception in the middle of night Famulies with young kids playing ,running and screaming early morning . Internet does not work in some parts of hotel ,so was great inconvinience .Appears kitchen lacks industrial hot water dishwasher plates and cups are very often food ztains ,cups wuth lipsstick .Presently in last two weeks throught the day maintenance workers were...
