Premium Villas Seminyak — Hotel in Kuta

Didnt like this place at all. Builders banging constantly next door not to mention the dogs from next door barking all night long!|We immediately went to the office, which is half the time unmanned. So they said they couldn't move us until after 3pm to a quieter villa that the men weren't standing on the roof overlooking our private pool... joke, A whole day of our holiday ruined. We eventually got moved about 5pm. So that was our first day spoiled and no refund coming! We did ask!|We the moved to the Charles villa, which was nicer, BUT we went from having a tv in each of our bedrooms to only 1 tv in the lounge. They hadn't scanned it for a while and it didn't even have a hdmi plug it was so old.|The place is nice, but needs renovations. The rooms are dark, the bathrooms tired. You have 1 tiny piece of soap for the whole stay. They ration you loo paper. The towels are so old and don't get replaced. The whole place is mosquito filled! We all got eaten alive! No spray works for that many. They badly need mozzy nets. The breakfast is so boring, nasi goreng or 1 croissant and dry toast cold. The fruit was usually dry and not the best. I was so disappointing. We went out every day after day 2! I would have gladly spent more money to have a better holiday. Don't be fooled by the photos, this place is tired...

We checked in to the Villa Charles - a self contained two bedroom villa with private pool. The complimentary pick up from the airport was smooth and so was the check in. The villa was very much like the pictures depicted it and we were happy with the location and friendly service. Just off the Main Street and behind Bali Deli, we were in a quiet lane yet close to where the action is. ||The pool and surroundings were clean, air conditioning very effective, though the breakfast provided for one whole week was the same everyday! Maybe they could look at some variety there...||The rooms I found a bit dark as they did not get much natural light and on top of that were painted a dreary grey. The open style bathroom was fine, but we did have a few problems with the toilets - but I have to say, the management was responsive and did all they could to repair it as soon as they could- even compensating us with complimentary Balinese massages for the four of us at a very nice spa. Thank you to Rita and Lode for making our stay comfortable...

The villa is spacious, with a large kitchen, a billiard table, a big swimming pool, and roomy bedrooms — perfect for a group or family getaway. The outdoor area is also well-maintained and relaxing.

The staff was kind and attentive. We had daily cleaning, and they provided fresh towels every day, which was a big plus. Laundry service was available upon request — although not perfect, it was convenient. We also truly appreciated the discount they offered us, which made our stay even more pleasant.

It’s clear that the villa is well cared for, though some of the furniture and bed linens could use updating or replacement. The villa isn’t brand new, but it still offers great comfort and space.

The location is another highlight — close to the main road, shops, and everything you might need, while still offering peace and privacy inside the villa.
