Currently one of the most popular travel locations, Bali is home to several mouthwatering restaurants. Situated in Kuta, Bali, and only a 4-minute bike ride from Seminyak Beach, Chaskaa offers contemporary Indian food and delectable cocktails from their outside bar.

Chaskaa is situated on a public road rather than an alleyway, which I appreciated because it makes it incredibly accessible and easy. Additionally, the exterior of this restaurant has quite an urban feel and is very distinct from Bali's overall look. On my way to the entrance, I passed their bar and the outside seating area, which seemed ideal for those looking to unwind and sip on a well-crafted cocktail. The restaurant's décor was superb; they created the ideal vibe and offered a genuine fine-dining experience by using the ideal amount of greenery and a lovely, open space.

I was shown their menu and some of their best-selling items by the incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff. Their Pani Puri Shots were the first item to be served, and they used the classic Panipuri shell on top of shot glasses that were filled with spicy and sour pani. While I was eating the shell, I drank the Pani from the shot glass, which brought everything together by giving the dish the necessary kick and spiciness. The filling within the shell was a lovely blend of savory and spicy, and it gave a texture that went incredibly well with the shell. The Chicken Malai Boti was the second dish I tasted. Tandoor-grilled chicken marinated in yoghurt and a fragrant spice blend was the main ingredient in this dish. Eating this with some garlic naan made me fall in love simply because it tasted so delicious! The chicken was easy to eat, creamy, and had a lovely smoky flavor from the tandoor. I thought the refreshing flavors of the Virgin Mojito, which I had with this dish, worked really well with the spices in the chicken.

I was most excited by their chicken curry, which was the last savory thing I had. The curry's appearance alone gave me the impression that it would be great. Its rich orange hue was representative of all the spices that were utilized, and its amazing fragrance filled the room with the aroma of its deliciousness. All of the spices danced brilliantly in the first bite, which was bursting with flavor. The chicken was extremely tender and melted in my mouth. For me, the highlight of the evening was this curry served with some Jasmine rice on the side! Dessert was the last meal of the day, and I had ordered their Gulab Jamun. This dessert consists of doughy balls that are deep-fried and then dipped in sweet syrup. This dish is a must-try for everyone visiting Chaskaa; the warmth of it enhanced the flavor of the sweet syrup while it was so soft that it melted in my mouth! I also really liked the service from the staff as everyone was very friendly and professional and brought everything in a timely manner! If you want to enjoy authentic Indian food in an ideal and hygienic environment then this is the place to go while you’re in Bali!

All things considered, it's incredible that a restaurant of this caliber can be found in one of Bali's most visited locations. Chaskaa should undoubtedly be on your list of places to visit when you're in Bali because of their exquisitely constructed restaurant, enthusiastic and welcoming staff, and convenient location. The meal was delicious and brought the flavors of India all the...

If you're in Bali and craving a taste of India, look no further than Chaskaa! Nestled in the heart of Seminyak, this culinary gem is a paradise for food enthusiasts seeking an explosion of flavours. From the moment you step in, the ambiance captivates you with its vibrant decor and inviting vibe.

Now, let's talk about the real star of the show – the food! We kicked off our gastronomic journey with an array of entrees that left us spellbound. The Pani Puri shots were a delightful burst of flavor, the Lamb Seekh Kebab was succulent and perfectly spiced, and the Tandoori Chicken Momos were a divine fusion of Indian and Tibetan cuisines.

As for the mains, each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. The Smoked Butter Chicken was a creamy indulgence, the Gobi Manchurian packed a punch with its tangy and spicy flavors, and the Paneer 65 was a vegetarian delight. And let's not forget the Hyderabadi Biryani Mutton, a fragrant and aromatic dish that transported us straight to the streets of Hyderabad.

What truly sets Chaskaa apart, though, is its impeccable service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Every dish was served with care and passion, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to excellence.

In conclusion, dining at Chaskaa was nothing short of a culinary adventure. With its delectable dishes, warm ambiance, and top-notch service, this Indian restaurant in Bali has earned a well-deserved spot in our hearts. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or just craving a taste of home, Chaskaa is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. Trust me, you won't be...

Chaskaa translates to addiction...and I certainly am. We’re usually hesitant about trying Indian restaurants abroad because they’re often not authentic or lack the proper spice. But Chaskaa completely changed our minds—it was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the inviting ambience set the tone (along with aircon which is important in hot climate like Seminyak). We were welcomed with crisp papad and a variety of chutneys, which was such a nice touch. For mains, I went with the vegetarian thali, and every bite was fresh, flavorful, and felt like home. My family had the seekh kebab and aloo paratha, both of which were simply outstanding—cooked perfectly and full of authentic flavors. Dessert was the highlight of our meal. The Gulab Jamun was hands down the best we’ve ever had—soft, sweet, and perfectly warm. The mango kulfi was so fresh and creamy, and the masala chai was the perfect way to end our meal. They even brought us complimentary sweets at the end, which was such a thoughtful gesture. A special shoutout to our waitress, Tika, who was so kind and attentive. The food arrived piping hot and much quicker than expected. Honestly, this is one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. If you’re in Seminyak and craving authentic Indian food, Chaskaa is a must-visit!
