Now, let's talk about the food. The beef ragu rigatoni with burrata is an absolute revelation. The rigatoni, perfectly al dente, serves as a robust canvas for the rich, slow-cooked beef ragu. And then there’s the burrata—an addition you’d be stupid not to upsell yourself into. This creamy, decadent cheese adds a luxurious touch to the hearty ragu, elevating the dish to a whole new level. It’s the kind of dish that makes you want to close your eyes and savor every bite.
But the pièce de résistance has to be the chorizo and charred peppers pizza. This isn’t just a pizza; it’s a masterclass in balancing flavors and textures. The chorizo, with its smoky, spicy notes, pairs beautifully with the sweetness of the charred peppers. The crust, light and airy with the perfect amount of chew, shows the skill and passion that goes into every pizza they make. Each bite is a harmonious blend of spicy, sweet, and savory, leaving you craving more.

I tried desperately to order a pizza from them as I had fond memories of their pizza and was staying in a villa nearby. Frustratingly gojek system was down and when I called directly they said they didn't do delivery.
Unexpectedly as I past by this morning while walking my dog, I noticed the front door was open even though they had not officially opened for the day. So I asked of I could get a coffee. The lovely woman serving was very accommodating and made me a perfect flat white, using Ily coffee which I love. This was one of the best I've had in Bali... (or should I say two as I went back for seconds).
I then asked if they did breakfast but the answer was sadly no, as they only did only pizza 🍕 and pasta.
A few moments later I happened to look up and noticed the basket of fresh eggs 🥚 on the counter. So I called the waitress back and asked if maybe I could order the Prosciutto di Parma ham with a couple of sunny-side-up eggs on top. This turned into one of the best breakfasts I've had!
It really struck me that the owner has so much potential to make extra income from breakfast. Prosciutto, eggs, msuhrooms, rucolla and yummy fresh oven pizza bread. This place has all the makings of a great breakfast spot! Maybe a fresh ricotta and Berry blend version, a wild mushroom, rucolla, mozzarella vegan version. Some slightly different presentation and this place could be doing very well from the breakfast/brunch market. Even more so if they would deliver to my villa 300m away!
I cant help but to totally recommend this place...
