The place is nice, but the air conditioning and the staff could be improved. I call the staff several times but they didn't respond to me and some items that we ordered is not served,we have to wait again for that single item. The toilet is also could have some improvement, its dirty lots of tissues everywhere and smells very bad, make your apetite gone like forever. But the food is tasty its the plus side, usually when i eat a beef it will be hard to chew and some small part of it will be go into between my teeth. The location is good, the restaurant is very good for family with seniors who can't walk to the stairs, the service was good, and the most important of having a restaurant is the taste of the food. This restaurant didn't have the same taste like with the branch at Jimbaran.
