大福麻辣烫 Dafu Malatang — Restaurant in Kuta

The fried skewers are really good, but i just can't stand the heat the air con is not cold enough that I can't enjoy my food.

The mala soup was really good, i got the medium heat and it was actually not hot enough.

Prob not gonna come back anytime soon as i don't feel welcomed here for some reason as it is my first time here, At least the jie-jie is nice to tell me how to and stuff and didn't offer me to order some meat

And the condiments are just there for show as most of them are empty and they didn't bother to restock it. I guess the chili oil is fine.

First time I tried Dafu, I ordered online and sent to Gianyar! Mala Xiangou was a 8/10! Felt it needed a bit more spice. Today I came down to Kuta for an appointment and got to try Dafu in person. Ordered the mala tang and I would recommend it more than the Xiangou! It gets a 9/10 as it needed more "ma" Aka numbness ahahahah but omg the skewers were 10/10 amazing!! Highly recommend the enoki beef and eggplant!! Juicy, crispy and full of flavour!

They are very humble and lovely as you see in the photos, staffs are also always welcoming.
