Ratu Guest House — Hotel in Kuta

My wife booked this hotel via booking.com and they also communicated with us via email for the confirmation. On the day of check in we got a another mail "your room is ready, we are waiting for your arrival...." when we were in KL airport, we got another mail from the manager "sorry we have not enough room so we could not provide any room today...." We had not any other options so we went to the Ratu Guest house directly from the airport. Manager were not present that time some other guy called the manager over the phone, but he said he cannot come right now but he booked another hotel for us. Already it was nearly 11pm so we had no other option so we went to "i Stay" hotel. After entering the hotel i saw the receptionist were sleeping (actually he was drunk) he wake up and he showed the room to us. I was disagreed to stay that hotel for the security reason because we were the only guest in that hotel. ||I strongly recommend, please do not stay Ratu Guest house for...

A very recommended hotel in Jimbaran. This hotel has clean room, many good amenities such as full AC, wifi with fast connection, free snacks and mineral water, toiletries, hot water, closet, and TV. Th has swimming pool, benches, and gazebos to spent time with friends or neighbour. The services are excellent, the staffs and the manager are very kind, friendly and helpful. They are easy to contact wherever you are. They also serve motorcycle rent with affordable price, so you don't need to look around for the vehicle rent. This hotel located in strategic area. Only about 10 minutes from airport, close to Kuta dan Nusa Dua. It is very reachable from the city. If you go to Bali, I recommend you to book this hotel. You'll never regret...

Best value by the airport. Such a great find. Clean rooms of a decent size and a little pool. There is also a small shared kitchen if you would like to store and cook food. Friendly staff and a quiet location despite being close to the runway! Breakfast is available for 30k though if you are looking for something more vegan friendly with great coffee, head to close by ‘we are human’ cafe - highly recommend!
