Don’t be fooled by their low prices. We booked and thought it was a great price too but upon arrival were told that not only did they not have the double bed that I reserved on the OYO website but that they couldn’t honour the reserved low price either and had to add an extra 40% on top. The front desk receptionist said “If I don’t do this I’ll lose my job”. Upon contacting the property owner she also said that I had to do this and upon contacting OYO they said that nothing could be done about it. It doesn’t matter how nice or clean the room is if you can’t be honest and stay true to basic business principles.
