What a nightmare this place was. l arrived and was told l had no reservation?? l have all the emails from Expedia showing l have a booking and paid.||l tried to call Expedia for help to sort out this mess but all l got from the Indonesian and Australian customer service line was "sorry we are busy try again later". l had to pay again cash because they eftpos machine was not working.||l sent Expedia 3 emails asking for help to sort out the mess and 1 week later l have still not heard from them. When l rang them when l got home l was told that yes l had a booking and yes l had paid. They then tried to ring the hotel and the hotel said we do not speak English, WHAT everyone could speak English when l stayed there? now no one can speak English and confirm that l paid twice for the room. Expedias solution refund me the money l paid them so l am out of pocket almost double what l paid. SHAME on expedia for treating its customers this way.||PLEASE also note that l was in 2 different rooms and neither room looked like any of the pictures shown here. The first room the AC did not work and there was no hot water and the bathroom was disgusting. The rooms are old not new like the photos. Also English channels do not work as they cater for Indonesians because when l complained i was told this. The second room was larger but the bathroom again was old and dirty and the water tap in the basin ran all night. The sheet had a big black stain in the middle of it looked a bit like a ink stain but who knows. All towels and sheets are old and yellow/grey. There are cigarette burn marks in the side tables.||Also you must be aware that there is a mosque next door and you get the loud speaker at prayer times. This can anoying if you need to sleep...

Once l returned home l found that they did indeed charge me on my card. Expedia try to contact them but no one spoke English??? strange they all spoke excellent English when they wanted my money. As l did not get any proof l paid cash (because l was told the eftpos machine was not working) l recommend you keep proof of any payment made to this hotel. Namun sayang, kondisi toilet yang membuat tamu kurang nyaman, handuk yang diberikan dalam keadaan robek dan juga terdapat nyamuk di toilet dan kamar.|Proses check in tergolong cepat dan dikenakan deposit Rp 50.000,- pada saat menginap.
