Bukit Permata Lembongan — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We stayed here for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed for longer! The photos don't do the view justice - the infinity pool and view of the ocean nestled amongst frangipani and banana trees felt too good to be true. The family that owns the hotel is so beautiful and treats you like you are part of their family while always being professional. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, relaxed and anything we asked they were able to help with, including helping book our transit to and from the hotel, renting scooters, organising a snorkeling tour where we swam with manta rays and dolphins and much more. Absolutely loved our stay! The huts were perfect. Bed was comfortable, Air con worked perfectly, clean bathrooms, spacious verandah, beautiful pool and very spacious high ceiling room, excellent quality for the price. Amazing views, quiet location and the staff were absolutely beautiful. Staff organised pick up and drop off, scooter rental and advice on local recommendation’s. They were an absolute pleasure to connect with daily and very helpful and friendly. Mushroom beach was a short scooter ride away and we spent many days lazing on the beach and eating at Hai Zi Ren cafe, great food and the most beautiful views around. Nice place, quite new, the bungalows are comfortable, nice bathroom and airconditioning. The pool is great and the breakfast is good, choice of pancake or toast with eggs + toast + fruit and a drink. It's not on the most touristic side of the island and you need a scooter to go places, but they can help you with that. Also some restaurants do pickup, they can call for you. The road to access Bukit Permata is sandy/rocky, not quite sure if that's still in development. Not all employees speak English which can be a little challenging. But all in...
