Gepah Garden — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We stayed in one of the cottages during a two day stay on Nusa Penida. ||||We completed two day tours linked with the stay - the driver and guide were great (friendly, comfortable car, air conditioning, good explanations of locations and great restaurant recommendations). || ||The gardens around the cottages are well maintained. The cottages themselves are fairly basic but good value for the price which also includes a lovely breakfast (air conditioned with TV, storage areas, bathroom).||||The cottage didn't have hot water (which was a bit of a shock to the system), but otherwise met our needs for an overnight stay visiting this lovely island. I was walking around Nusa Penida looking for somewhere to stay, and was directed here by some locals. It is a small complex of rooms inside a manicured garden, set behind a local house, on the East coast of the Island. Breakfast and coffee was included making it better value. And looking online it is a competetive price for the other options on the island. The staff/family are really friendly and helpful. It is a 15min walk back into the main town, and a 2min walk to a local Warung which has possibly the best sea view of any restaurant in the entire world.||Room clean, comfy bed, AC (i usually prefer fan), only negative: no sink in the bathroom. No hot water, but in this climate it's not required.||In the end i feel i got my money's worth and i'm very glad i spent the night. Would...

It was very good staying at Gepah garden cottage. Room was very clean and comfort|The peoples were very friendly and accomodating and helpfull. When we look by google map it was far a way from toyapakeh harbour, but the reality it was near, just about 10 minute by motorbike. Very recommended for someone who wants to visit nusapenida. This is the best accomodation and value for money. For breakfast we can make a choice ( nasi goreng ( fried rice), or omellet, or pancake), and the women asking us would like to order coffee or tea and already including to our breakfast without extra charge.
