If you are looking for somewhere that's really out of the way, looks like it was put together in a week and has all the atmosphere of what you'd expect in Wuhan, then this is the place for you. ||||In terms of the room the mosquito net is too small for the bed (and by too small I mean maybe big enough for a two year old, or maybe a small three year old), it's not possible to close it off from the outside. And the view was shocking with construction directly Infront.||||The staff, who are unable to speak English, have clearly had no training whatsoever. They didn't know how to book a taxi on an island which is abundant with taxi men. ||Furthermore their people skills match that of a hermit crab. ||||The breakfast is a complete waste of time. Our pancakes looked like sponge cake and we got two slithers of banana. When we complained they offered no alternative and blamed the cook, as if they aren't a team...||||In the words of the receptionist "Sorry it was my friend who cook" which is, as you would expect, extremely helpful. ||||On top of these amazing attributes the cottages are also located on the side of an undescript hill with nothing to do nearby unless you rent a bike...||||...which you definitely should not. We rented one for 70k a day, a reasonable price to be fair, but the bike itself was the motor equivalent of a the Titanic. Brakes are practically non existent and every steep hill you drive up is a gamble of you will make it or not.||||Overall, one of the best places I've eve stayed. Ubytování nedoporučuji! I přes hezké, čisté ubytování, nás hned po příjezdu přivítal zdrogovaný mladík. První problém nastal, když jsme zjistili, že věci, které slibují na stránkách vlastně nemají(vířivka), ale nějak nás to netrápilo, bohužel další problém nastal při půjčení skútru. Čekali jsme 40 minut, než ho dovezli. Za 80 000 na den byli v ceně 2 helmy a pláštěnky. Bohužel helmy ani pláštěnky nebyly, prý možná zítra. U skutru chyběla dokumentace k motorce a kola byla absolutně podhuštěna a tak jsem odmítl,že takovou motorku nechci a tak se zase čekalo...Po 20 minutách přivezli jinou, už v celkem uchazejicim stavu a tak jsme vyrazili. Po příjezdu zpět, jsme si šli do bungalovu, kde jsem měl v kufru a ještě v příručni taštičce 540€, aby jsme proměnili nějaké peníze na místní měnu. Po vyndání hotovosti, jsem však zjistil, že se ztratilo 160€, u ostatních ubytovaných, když jsme je upozornili,tak zjistili, že jim prohledali kufry, ale neví zda se jim něco ztratilo. Bohužel není důkaz,jak jim to dokázat. Proto toto ubytování nedoporučuji a pokud by jste si přece jen vybrali toto ubytování,dejte si pozor na své věci a nenechávejte žádné peníze na pokoji,pokud vyrazíte pryč. Katuk was an amazing host and his property was beautiful. Comfy beds, aircon and the outdoor shower was beautiful. The rooms are very clean and are traditional Balinese style. Katuk went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and took us out for a day trip to go snorkeling and well as the Angels billabong and broken beach.
