If only I could give it a negative rating... Worst service I have seen anywhere in the world. Here it goes: Ordered beer in ice bucket and not opened so that I can open myself. The waiter girl(she will be referenced again later) brought 2 pints opened for one guy... When I said I asked specifically to open myself, she slammed the bucket on the table and went back. Another guy came and replaced the bucket. We let the behavior pass. We had asked for the soup to be non spicy or recommend something appt. Not sure if she told the chef or not, the soup was crazy spicy (this is coming from an Indian who knows how to handle spicy). Had to send it back to be changed with a soup that was too salty but we just ignored it. For the pizza asked for some origano seasoning which is commonly served with pizzas... But the time it came pizza was done. We ordered kabbab roles and that was the lamest blandest kabab ever. The sever took away the dish, and we thought they were getting a replacement but no... They were expecting us to pay for a few bites only!! The server lady was exceptionally rude and reuioned our night. And all this when we were the only customers in the restaurant. I will strongly suggest not going here to ruin ur nusa penida night!

Edit (reply) : cafe did not give any free food. You only gave 10% discount on just one food item. I paid all the service charges and taxes. Let me add a copy of bill as proof. (And check the time in it if you think it's midnight.. It wasn't even 11pm. So either you are lieing or being lied to by ur staff) If you mess up an item, you replace it, that's universal. The main issue here is pathetic service inspite of no other customer and rude aggressive behavior by ur staff. Cmon... They were busy gossiping and smoking rather than be bothered to even pick up empty dishes or bottles. Your team needs a big...

I went for dinner on 25th December 2024 and opted for the Seafood Trio. The location is fairly new and pretty, right by the ocean with a pretty view. Unfortunately the table (I had free choice of seating since I was the only customer) was sticky. I wasn‘t very hungry, yet ordered the seafood trio, consisting of a „grilled“ red snapper filet, calamari and prawns with a side salad and french fries. The size of the meal was rather small and not seasoned at all and arrived fairly cold at my table. All fish/seafood was obviously pan seared in what must have been old fat, since it all tasted the same with a slight rancid touch to it. I couldn‘t even finish half of it, due to its bad taste. When I decided to leave and pay for it, the local musician had to get staff to take care of me, as everyone disappeared right after serving my meal. Nobody asked how I liked the food or why I didn‘t even finish 1/3 of it, yet seemed surprised I wanted to leave so quickly.

I‘m afraid I cannot recommend this...

My wife and I had a fantastic Valentine's Dinner at this restaurant.The foods were so tasty with such a fair price,the atmosphere were incredible with very peaceful music instruments combine with sounds of waves on the beach and the staff were serving us very politely.We even asked the staff to helped us to take some good pictures and he was genuinely willing to helped us and we got very nice pictures in the end. They also didn't hesitate to wait for us,even though we had already passed the closing time and still helped us with a big smiles on their faces 😀.

Totally recommended place for you who wants to spend a quality times with your lovely ones and searching for peaceful place for dinner in...
