WORST HOTEL ROOM EVER!
This is literally the worst and it should not even be here at the Agoda site.
Its suer dirty and smelly, I had to clean it off myself and when I clean it, I see my tissues got the grey/brownish stain
They are asking IDR100k deposit or will hold your ID. How confident, I am the one who should be getting refund because I ended up not staying in this room for long!
No hairdryer
No tissue, no shower gel. Im fine with no shower gel, but no tissue?? You guys are the one didnt clean up the place, I had to clean it up and you dont even provide tissue. I had to buy tissue again just to clean up the hotel (keep in mind theyre asking for deposit lol what deposit, Im cleaning the place up for them!)
Bed is also dirty and I keep scratching my back after sleeping on it
The shower room is so dirty that I had to shower elsewhere! Then what I book this hotel room for??
There is some mice or cockroaches walking around in the shower room draining hole, so it keeps making noise at night. I do not dare to see it so I just try to close my eyes, Id rather not see it.
Im not saying this in comparison to like 5 star hotels or something, Ive slept in hotel this price and I really have never seen something as bad as this one!
The google review is like 4.5 stars which is absolutely inaccurate. I think the positive reviews are from unmarried couple who use this place to do you-know-what and the receptionist just dont care.

This place is only recommended if you are planning go to concerts or events at ICE. Other than that, you can definitely get somewhere else that’s much more worth it. The only amenities you get are bottled water, towels, toilet paper, and a shower gel. The toilet was disgusting to begin with. Floors were heavily stained, can’t believe I managed to shower throughout my stay. At least the water heater was working fine.
The staffs were courteous enough. But yeah, only stay here if you’re actually going to events at ICE since it only takes a 10...
