I just checked in in this hotel for 15 nights.||When I checked in, I only get 1 room key and when I asked again for 2 room key, the girl from receptionist said that they cannot give 2 room key.||||I push to get 2 room key because I stay here with my friend during Asian Games need high mobility so thats why we need 2 room key. I ask her to tell the hotel manager that we need it. The girl call the manager and they said can give me 2 room key but must pay for IDR 20 thousand. I said ok, but in my opinion this is ridiculous for me.||||For the room is quite big and good for the price also. But we found a colony of ants on our desk. But after reported to hotel, they wipe the desk and just wait and hope the ants not come again. In the room also don't have a refrigerator for our Superior Room.||||The bathroom is so small like a budget hotel I think. Not many spaces for big guy like me, LOL....||||Internet speed is very fast, but the TV not have a clear signal.||||I hope this hotel can have a great hospitality and also facility. And I hope also, my stay will be great because still 15 nights in...

Dirty room — we even had to move three times during our one-night stay. The first move was because we were given a smoking room even though we had booked a non-smoking one. The room smelled terrible, the bed sheets and covers reeked of cigarette smoke, and the air was stuffy.

The second move was to a non-smoking room, which was slightly better, but this time the problem was the air conditioner — it kept turning off every few minutes, and we had to keep calling the maintenance staff. Overall, it was a very poor experience and not recommended at all.

Most importantly, the signal in this hotel was terrible. Even the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and our mobile data couldn’t get any reception at all.
